Information we collect
SellerRise receives your account identifier and email from ChatGPT sign-in. We store your seller profile, inventory, orders, returns, imported records, saved reports, feedback and payment references. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and logs to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to maintain your separate seller workspace, calculate reports, verify payments, manage plan access, respond to support requests and prevent misuse. Calculations depend on the information you enter. Upload only information you are entitled to use and avoid unnecessary customer personal details.
Payments and service providers
Razorpay processes payment details under its own privacy policy. SellerRise stores transaction identifiers, amounts, payment status and access dates; it does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password. OpenAI/ChatGPT provides sign-in and Sites hosting, with Cloudflare infrastructure supporting delivery and data storage. These providers process information needed to supply their services, potentially in locations outside India.
Sharing and feedback
Your seller workspace is not displayed to other sellers. Authorized service operators and infrastructure providers may access data as needed for support, security and operation. We may disclose information where required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal data. Feedback is published with your display name only after your consent and owner review; you can withdraw publication consent in Trial feedback.
Storage and your choices
Logging out or allowing a plan to expire does not delete saved records. We retain account and business records while needed to operate the account, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. Export tools are available while your plan is active. You may also contact support about accessing your records after expiry.
Cookies and security
Sign-in and essential session technologies keep the service working. Signing out ends your current application session. We use access controls and encryption for payment secrets, but no online service can promise absolute security. Never share your password, OTP or payment PIN with support.
