SellerRise supplies online software access only. There are no physical goods, courier shipments, shipping fees or physical returns.
Your INR 149 plan provides 30 days of access; your INR 999 plan provides 365 days. Access is normally activated immediately after our server verifies a captured payment. It is linked to the account signed in during purchase. A renewal adds time after any remaining paid period.
If money is debited but access is not active, open Membership and use Verify payment for a pending order, then refresh. If unresolved, email support with your registered email and payment ID. Please do not repeatedly pay for the same purchase. Payment-provider or network delays can affect activation; support will investigate delivery or a refund under the Refund & Cancellation policy.
An internet connection and a supported web browser are needed. Log in to the same seller account to use your purchased access on another device.
